Global Learning: Exploring peace from personal to global

In a world often marred by conflict and discord, the significance of peace education cannot be overstated and its importance extends well into adulthood. The need for peace education in adult learning has become increasingly clear as societies grapple with complex global challenges.

Global Learning – Peace Education
Adult Learning Wales are working closely with Welsh Government and Wales Centre for International Affairs to deliver a Peace Education programme for post-16 education in Wales.

The face-to-face launch is going to be held at Llandrindod Quaker Meeting House on Wednesday 27th Sept from 11am to 2pm.

The face-to-face course will also be held at the Quaker Meeting House, Llandrindod (in the Garden Room) each Monday from the 2nd October to 11th December from 12pm to 3pm.

This is a 10 week non-accredited course that will help you explore the ideas around peace and what it means to you. Find out more about the course here
